Please call by 11:00 AM so your chart may be reviewed.
Prescription Refills
For your protection, please contact your pharmacy with medication refill requests unless otherwise discussed during your appointment. The pharmacy will contact the office directly. Refills are sent electronically to your pharmacy when allowed. Certain medication can not be handled in this manner. Please contact the office so we may help you complete those refills.
Please know that prescriptions cannot be refilled
for patients who fail to keep follow up appointments
or who have not been seen in the office
in over one year.
We do not routinely fill prescriptions
after 5:00 PM on week days or on the weekends.
